A visit from World Bank

Today (26 Nov 2009), we had a visit from WB personnel.  Those are Dr.   Gaible and Dr.  Chan.  We discussed over how Indonesia in education sector adopts.  A research shown that 5% of schools in highland areas have no connection at all.  A common phenomena show that schools may have technology yet, they don't use it properly.  We have to know some instructors are reluctant to use technology meanwhile, those who are ready don't know how to optimalize its use for  teaching.  Soft-technology and human resources are key issues for adopting ICT in higher education.
